O’wineside: Grand Tasting

We were proud to host the second edition of O’wineside, an immersive celebration of Mexican wine and Baja California’s culinary spirit, at Valle Oceanside, the MICHELIN-starred restaurant by Chef Roberto Alcocer.

Held along the stunning coast of Oceanside, California, O’wineside brought together a curated selection of leading wineries from Baja, offering guests a memorable afternoon of tastings, connection, and discovery.

Attendees enjoyed a Grand Tasting featuring more than 80 wines from Baja’s top producers, paired with gourmet bites by Chef Alcocer. The menu highlighted specialties such as Imperia Caviar, 5Jotas Jamón Ibérico, and Harbor Pelican Fish Market Baja Oysters. Visit Oceanside also hosted a special booth showcasing the city’s beautiful landscapes and upcoming events, giving guests a glimpse of what makes this coastal destination so special.
