Valle marked four remarkable years with an extraordinary evening of cuisine and coastal sophistication. On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Chef Roberto Alcocer welcomed Michelin-starred Chef Luis Roger of BNC (Houston) for an exclusive, one-night collaboration in Valle’s acclaimed kitchen.
The special dinner featured a multi-course tasting menu that showcased the best of Baja California’s seasonal ingredients, infused with Chef Roger’s contemporary Spanish style and Houston-inspired flair. Guests savored artfully composed dishes paired with exceptional Osborne wines, all within Valle’s warm, oceanfront atmosphere.
The anniversary celebration was made possible with the support of 5Jotas and Osborne, uniting Spain’s rich culinary traditions with Valle’s signature Baja approach.
