To mark this milestone, Chef Roberto will be joined by Chef Johnny Curiel of MICHELIN-starred Alma Fonda Fina (Denver, CO) and Chef Oscar Torres of MICHELIN-starred Animalón (Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California) for a night of culinary excellence — TRES AÑOS, TRES CHEFS, TRES ESTRELLAS!

The three chefs will craft a six-course tasting menu featuring the finest ingredients, with an option to enhance your experience through a special 3rd-anniversary wine and tequila pairing. This exclusive pairing includes award-winning wines from Valle de Guadalupe’s Monte Xanic and premium selections from Reserva de la Familia.
