Maestro Dobel x Valle Cinco de Mayo Bar Takeover

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Valle Bar in Oceanside with a one-night collaboration honoring the bold flavors and traditions of Mexico. In partnership with Maestro Dobel Tequila, the evening brings together exceptional spirits, vibrant cuisine, and the lively energy of Valle’s bar experience.

The night begins with a guided tequila master class led by Dobel’s brand ambassador, offering insight into the craftsmanship behind one of Mexico’s most celebrated spirits. Chef Roberto Alcocer is joined by Chef David Rocha of Comal in Ensenada for a culinary collaboration rooted in elemental techniques, from corn and clay comal cooking to the depth of live fire, with each bite paired alongside thoughtfully composed Dobel cocktails.
