Chef's Friends Dinner Series: Festival de Puebla

Celebrate Festival de Puebla at Valle with an extraordinary one-night culinary collaboration honoring one of Mexico’s most iconic regions. On Friday, April 17th, Chef Roberto Alcocer welcomes longtime friend Chef Daniel Romero for a special guest chef tasting experience.

Rooted in the rich traditions of Puebla, Chef Romero’s cuisine blends heritage and innovation, bringing the vibrant flavors and culinary history of his homeland to Valle for a thoughtfully composed multi-course tasting menu. Each course reflects the depth, complexity and spirit of Puebla’s celebrated gastronomy.

Guests may further elevate the evening with an optional pairing experience featuring Tequila Reserva de la Familia, curated to complement the menu and enhance each course.
